During the recession of 2008, after the building industry collapsed, Rick Wickizer cashed his last severance check and launched Wickizer & Associates. Rick knew that hard work and adding value to others would assure success. Picking up any line he could secure, Rick quickly built a profitable firm, with sales reaching nearly $1 million the first year. To date, Wickizer & Associates has generated sales of over $100 million and remains keenly focused on building envelope products and solutions . Chad Wickizer joined the firm a few years later as a Partner and Vice-President and has contributed to the success and growth of the firm.
Wickizer & Associates was founded on a mission to “Serve and add value with knowledge & integrity”. We strive to remain current on building science and the latest in product development. To better serve our stakeholders, we have endeavored to limit product lines we carry, so we can maintain adequate focus and generate proper synergy.
Wickizer & Associates is a long-standing member of Manufactures Agents National Association (MANA) and abides to the MANA code of ethics. Rick Wickizer is a part of the MANA Wisdom Council as a resource and to support other MANA members.
About Rick Wickizer, ACC, CSI, CDT – President
Rick Wickizer has been serving the Building Industry for over 30 years, in building material sales and sales management. After earning his Finance degree from the University of Oregon, Rick started out as a Financial Planner and later accepted a position with a building materials manufacturer as a Territory Manager. Rick found his niche and proceeded to lead the sales efforts for a number building material manufactures, earning top awards with each of them.
What sets Rick apart is his work-ethic, professionalism, follow-up, and efficient time management. He is very strategic and guided by a fixed ethical compass. Rick is also a trained and certified business coach with over 15 years experience working with entrepreneurs.
Rick lives in Woodland, WA with his wife. Together, they travel, backpack and paddle on a dragon boat racing team.

About Chad Wickizer – Vice President
Chad Wickizer worked in the building & restoration industry for over a decade. He brings strong operational experience as well as a keen understanding of the professional trades that install building materials. Chad is detail oriented and strives to serve our clients professionally and contentiously.
Chad lives in Castle Rock, WA with his wife and 3 children and enjoys fishing and working on their 5 acre property.
